  Madeleine's cake was divine! The lemon flavor with raspberry was perfect for a birthday cake! One look at the cake, and everyone knows this is no ordinary cake! Beautiful artistry, Karin! This is my second "Karin" cake, and i'm just waiting for the next occasion to have a reason to try another of your delicious flavors.

  When I decided to spend my birthday with my mom, my daughter called around to various bakeries in the area (Hudson) because she wanted to surprise me with a cake for my birthday. Karin was the only business that returned her call.
  
  Not only did Karin make this cake - she delivered it for free. I can honestly say this cake was the best birthday cake I've ever had. It was exactly as my daughter ordered - she knows my love for cake - and it surpassed any and all expectations I had. In the future, I won't mind another birthday if it means having a "Karin" cake.
