  We had a couples massage yesterday. My husband said his was ok. My massage was the WORST I have ever had. It was painful and unrelaxing, even after asking the therapist 2 times to be more gentle. She rubbed my skin so fast, there was no way she could have felt any knots or tension in my muscles. I finally told her to stop the massage, before my time was up. Horrible experience!

  My friend and I had a terrible experience last Saturday night at Solaire. The young blonde woman who greeted us asked if we had reservations, which we did not. She proceeded to point to a table across the room and said, "You can sit there." We were not escorted to the table and found it to have no chairs so we had to move the chairs from another table in order to sit. We were brought water and menus. Fifteen minutes later having had no one attend to us, we left. I've been to Solaire before and had excellent service so I was truly stunned by the rude, dismissive treatment we received. I'll hesitate to return.
